The implementation of all partition walls in the ground floor and basement level is with brick walls 25 cm. and 12 cm. thick, and in the hotel floors through drywall systems. All exterior walls are made of brick masonry 25 cm. and a thermal insulation system with a thickness of 10 cm is realized. The joinery is 5-chamber PVC with double-glazed windows.
